Family Camp



Start your summer off by camping with your family at OVPC. Throughout our two weeks of Family Camp, we have activities and services for all ages. Book your accommodations now to enjoy our waterfront, dining hall, tuck shop, and time to strengthen your relationships between friends and God.

Friday Night Fire - Special emphasis services during Family Camp will take place on Friday evenings with an extra invitation to our area churches. Additional fellowship time will be available after the service at our community campfire pit.






  • Week 1 worship

    Christina smallwood

    Christina and her husband Mark, pastor in Millbrook Ontario with their two children Isabella and Jamieson. As a family, it is their desire to see the Church walk in a lifestyle of worship, daily encountering God’s presence. God has recently taken Christina into a new season with her worship ministry. He has been stretching her with leading and continues to open new doors of opportunity.

    Lynn Kohls

    Lynn Kohls is an Associate Minister at Christ Is The Answer Ministries Parklands: a church which was planted to reach out to the Indian Community in Nairobi. She also teaches in the Transformational Church Leadership Program for PACU and is currently the MemberCare Coordinator for Africa.

    JD Mallory

    J.D. Mallory is the Lead Pastor of Stone Church, an urban ministry centre right in the heart of downtown Toronto. As a gifted communicator, his humorous, as well as, hard hitting messages inspire and challenge people across generational lines. He and his wife Christa have a contagious passion for God and a love for people. They have been serving the Lord together since 1990 and their relational approach to ministry centers on the heart of people. Prior to coming to Toronto, J.D. and Christa pastored in South Florida for 16 years and in North Carolina for 9 years. J.D. has served as a Mentoring Coach for Pastors, a Presbyter, and even a High School Football Coach. His passion for people has taken him overseas numerous times developing ministerial leaders, building churches, orphanages and schools. Together they desire to see God build and strengthen His Family in a way that will have an eternal impact on our Culture

    Caleb & Stephanie Courtney

    Caleb & Stephanie Courtney have each been leading worship and music ministries in Ontario PAOC churches for over twenty years. Caleb is a high school teacher who has recently completed a Master of Theological Studies in Pentecostal Studies at Master's Pentecostal Seminary (in partnership with Tyndale Seminary) in Toronto. Stephanie is an elementary school teacher, and mostly a stay-at-home mom. Since 2005, they have together provided leadership for the music ministry at their home church, Bethel Pentecostal Church, in Sarnia, Ontario. Their four children add joy and adventure to the journey.

    STeve Hertzog

    Steve serves as the Regional Director for PAOC International Missions in Eurasia. He oversees and empowers 40 amazing PAOC Global Workers engaged in “extending the Kingdom and serving the peoples” in 15 nations from Siberia to Spain, England to Israel. Steve’s passion is developing a healthy and effective team of leaders, churches & colleges to see revival come to Eurasia.

    Tim Gibb

    Pastor Tim Gibb is ordained with the PAOC and serves as the Lead Pastor at Bethel Pentecostal Church in Sarnia. Raised in a Pastor's home, Tim is a 4th Generation Pentecostal Preacher. His passion is for Revival and Missions work. In 2006, he led in a revival season, marked with healing miracles, which resulted in 20 weeks of nightly services and saw people travel to Bethel from 15 States and 7 Provinces. This revival was featured in the Sept. 2006 issue of Charisma magazine, as well as television programs 100 Huntley Street and CBN News Watch. In Missions, Pastor Tim has conducted preaching crusades in Uganda, Kenya, Ukraine, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Mexico. Pastor Tim married Kimberly in 1992 and they have one son, Cayden.

    Sarah REDNER

    Sarah felt called to youth ministry at the age of 13, and she pursued that calling by studying a Bachelor of Theology focused in Youth Ministry at MCS. Currently working as the student ministries pastor at Cobden Pentecostal Church, Sarah has called the Ottawa Valley and CPC her home since she was eleven years old. Her and her husband Jacob are both from the area and are excited for new opportunities to serve and connect with the families in Cobden and the surrounding communities. Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, artistic projects, and every cup of coffee she can get her hands on.

    Kayla is currently completing her teaching degree in North Bay, ON.  Kayla grew up in the Valley and attended OVPC since she was small, every summer she comes back to OVPC to serve not only in Wee Campers but also in the camp office. Kayla loves to shine a light in little ones as they start to learn about Jesus' love. Bring your 2-5 years olds to Miss Kayla's class during both the morning and evening services to learn about God in a safe and play based setting.
