The above rates are based on 30 or more persons. Retreats below 30 guests will be considered on a per case basis. All groups must pay for a minimum 30 people . Linens are not provided in camp accommodations. A limited supply of linens is available at a cost of $10.00 per set, or $15.00 per set if rooms are made up by Camp Staff. (No charge applies for Speaker/Evangelist Quarters.) Note: Linens must be booked in advance. OVPC grounds are drug, alcohol and smoke free. NO PETS allowed in camp owned accommodations.
Booking Information: a deposit of $500.00 must accompany your reservation. THIS $500.00 DEPOSIT is non-refundable if you cancel during the six months prior to the booking. This deposit will be credited to your account when the retreat facilities have been inspected for damage following your retreat. The cost of any damages will be deducted from this deposit.

Meals: Eat our hearty and delightful meals in our Dining hall and we promise you will never leave hungry. Our recommended meal times are 8:30 am, 12:30 pm and 5 pm respectively. If you would prefer different times or types of meals, we would be more than happy to find a time or style that works for you. Evening snacks and coffee breaks are also available.
Meeting Rooms: We offer three meeting rooms to provide you with ample space for services and sessions. Our meeting spaces fit 35, 80, and 300. If additional space is required, let us know and we will inform you of further options.
The Lodge is situated right on the south-west bank of beautiful Muskrat Lake. It has 16 motel-style rooms, two adjoining rooms, and 1 bunk room, sleeping 120 people comfortably. If your group expands this size, we have further accommodations as well.
All lodge rooms open to the deck, include private bathrooms, microwave and a mini-fridge. The Fireside meeting room in the basement, provides a warm and comfortable environment to hold your meetings or services.
We are proud to host retreats guests from across Ontario and Quebec. We recognize many groups travel long distances to hold their retreat at OVPC, and invite guests to view our Virtual Tour video to become familiar with our facilities prior to arrival.
OVPC is open for retreat and conference bookings from May Long Weekend until October 31 each year. With customizable packages and a beatiful campground, our full service center will offer your group a lovely location to meet. Guest groups are encouraged to view the virtual tour video prior to contacting the office with booking inquiries.
