· The above rates are based on 25 or more persons. Retreats below 25 guests will be considered on a per case basis.  All groups must pay for a minimum 25 people .

· FOR GROUPS WHO HAVE PAID THEIR DEPOSIT AS INVOICED (IN ADVANCE)

AND QUOTE A FIRM NUMBER OF RETREAT GUESTS THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THEIR RETREAT the following discount applies on any standard retreat package (discount does not apply to any other offer):

· 35 people (1 Speaker Free)

· Linens are not provided in camp accommodations. A limited supply of linens is available at a cost of $8.00 per set, or $12.00 per set if rooms are made up by Camp Staff. (No charge applies for Speaker/Evangelist Quarters.)
Note: Linens must be booked in advance.

· OVPC grounds are drug, alcohol and smoke free. NO PETS allowed in camp owned accommodations.

v WHEN BOOKING YOUR RETREAT a deposit of $500.00 must accompany your reservation.

v THIS $500.00 DEPOSIT is non-refundable if you cancel during the six months prior to the booking.

THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT when the retreat facilities have been inspected for damage following your retreat. The cost of any damages will be deducted from this deposit.
