Public meals can be purchased beginning with supper on June 30, through until lunch on July 16.  We are proud to welcome Head Cook, Mathieu Charlebois back to our kitchen for the upcoming season. From hot breakfast to begin your day, to evening snacks at the tuck shop, Mathieu and his staff work hard to create new dishes full of flavour day after day!  Meals can be ordered to-go or enjoyed at our dining hall or outdoor patio with a view of the lake.

Meal Times: Breakfast 8:30 a.m., Lunch 12 p.m., Supper 5 p.m. (Dinner reservations highly recommended on weekends)
